While working in the clinical field the founder saw many gaps in the service model of the behaviorally challenged patient; they went to therapies, special schools and programs but when it came time for supportive care the caregivers provided where usually unprepared to meet the client and family needs for respite care.  We know the importance of this time to refuel the batteries of those that our clients rely on, we will meet you where you are and supply a competent caregiver to provide the needed time for rest.  After years spent working with the families and training many support staff through the years SEEDD was born. We are company focused on the individual need of that client, to support goals and visions of the caregiver as all time spent is a time of opportunity to grow in our skills.  All caregivers are behaviorally, and safety trained.
